Super Falcons emerged champions on Saturday night in Accra, Ghama for a record 9th time after they edged Banyana Banyana of South Africa 4-3 via penalty shoot out.
Goalkeeper Oluehi, was the hero of the day after she kept her team in the game with several saves during the game, she also saved South Africa fifth penalty during the shoot out.
Ebi on her own part marshalled Nigeria defence thoroughly and ensured that they did not concede more than a goal throughout the tournament.
The duo of Asisat Oshoala and Fransisca Ordega only made the substitute bench.
Others in the team includes Woman of the tournament Thembi Kgatlana, South Africa skipper Van Wyk among others.
Despites losing to Nigeria, South Africa and Cameroon will represent Africa at the upcoming 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup slated for France next year.
