In readiness for the CAF Confederation cup which kicks off this weekend, kit manufacturers Owusportswear has unveiled a new jersey for Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) club Akwa United.

The Akwa United CAF Confederation kit is a modern interpretation of quality with features like two fabric components for front and back mesh; 2 gold stars features on the front above Akwa logo (signifying the 2 FA cups won by the team), the design is the same with NPFL Jersey, this is to link both kits together for 2018 season. The kit as a sign off on the back mesh Promise Keepers the brighter orange signifies brightness, speed energy and the unique style of football that has become the trademark of Akwa United.
The Aiteo cup champions have been drawn against Hawks of Gambia in the first preliminary round of the competition.
