In search for regular football action, Nigeria’s Super Eagle defender Chidozie Awaziem, has moved to the Turkish Super League.
Awaziem who was on the payroll of the Portuguese primera league giant FC Porto, left the club on loan when they secured the services of Portuguese international Pepe.
He joined AS Rizespor on loan and made it two Nigerian international on the list of the club.
The Turkish side AS Rizespor unveiled the defender alongside Mohammed Abarhoun.
Awaziem spent last season on loan with French Ligue 1 side, Nantes, under the tutelage of Claudio Raineri and was brought back into the folds of Porto after he made Nigeria’s team to the Russia 2018 World Cup.
