Ahead of the 2018 African Women Cup of Nations, Ghana Football Federation has lined up Nigeria Super Falcons as one of the teams Black Queens of Ghana will play, in a friendly match, in order to put the team in shape.
The Black Queens, who presently are in Cape Coast camp, are yet to play a game, since the WAFU competition in February.
Ghana being the host will be looking to wrestle the trophy away from Nigeria who presides as defending champions after they emerged winner in 2016 in Cameroon.
Super Falcons as well, are yet to kick a ball since playing against France Female team in April.
The date and venue of the friendly match is yet to be determined.
The Women championship will be staged in Ghana from November 17 to December 1, 2018 and the top 3 teams will take part in the FIFA Women’s World Cup to be held in France next year.
