Balogun injured again

Super Eagles defender, Leon Balogun has been reported injured yet again, for the second time in a month, by his club Mainz 05, reports.

The Bundesliga side made this revelation on their verified Twitter handle, stating that Balogun fractured his left hand and surgery has been performed on injury.

“@LeonBalogun suffered a fracture to his left hand on Friday and has undergone surgery. Luckily, he will be able to carry on playing. Get well soon, Leon!”

He sat out of the team’s Saturday 1-0 win over FC Koln because of the fracture.
