Barcelona have confirmed the signing of French forward Ousmane Dembele from Borussia Dortmund for a fee of around £96m.
Barcelona have been linked with the youngster ever since the Catalans lost Neymar to PSG in a world-record deal, and Dembele had expressed interest in joining the club, which led to Dortmund suspended the player.
The French man only spent 12 months with the German side, after he’d signed from Ligue 1 outfit Stade Rennais last summer.
He has not featured for Dortmund since the German Super Cup on 5 August. The German side rejected a bid from Barca for the forward earlier in August, with the player then suspended for missing training.
