Nigeria have been drawn in a tricky group for next year’s African Nations Championship (CHAN) billed to take place in Morocco.
The draws for the 2018 CHAN tournament was conducted on Friday in Rabat, Morocco and saw Nigeria paired in Group C alongside Libya, Rwanda and Equatorial Guinea.
In the other pairings, hosts Morocco are in Group A alongside Guinea, Sudan and Mauritania.
The opening match in Casablanca on 13th of January, 2018 will be between Morocco and Mauritania while the final game has been slated for 4th of February, 2018.

Four cities (Casablanca, Marrakesh, Tangier and Agadir) will host the fifth edition of the CHAN tournament in Morocco next year.
Nigeria made their debut in the competition in 2014 and won the bronze medal in South Africa. The last edition in 2016 in Rwanda witnessed the team crash out in the Group stages.
