Nigeria born Chelsea starlet Ola Aina is set to join English Championship side Hull city on a season-long loan deal.
The Left-back made just three Premier League appearances for Chelsea last season, all of which were from the bench.
If the deal goes through, he will be the first signing for the Tigers since they dropped to the Championship.
Newly appointed Hull City manager Leonid Slutsky an ally of Blues owner Roman Abrahmovic hopes to use their relationship to secure Aina’s release.
Hull are working hard to make sure the deal goes through today. So he will be able to join his new team-mates for a warm weather training camp in Portugal tomorrow.
Aina is the latest Nigeria born, Chelsea player to be sent out on loan. It follows Swansea City’s loan signing of Tammy Abraham from Chelsea.
