Nigeria Super Eagles midfielder, Alex Iwobi continue to make headlines in the colour of London side Arsenal, as he netted in the club’s 3-1 win over Burnley on Saturday Lunch time game.
The Gunners who had been without a win in the last two matches spanked struggling Clarets 3-1 with a brace from Gabonese international Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.
Iwobi started the day on the bench having played during the week against Tottenham Hotspurs in the Carabao cup defeat.
He was introduced into the game in the 78th minute for Alexander Lazacatte to peg back the Burnley side who were pressuring for an equalizer after Ashley Barnes halved the score.
The Nigerian youngster quickly made the substitution count as he scored the assurance goal in the 90th minute with a fantastic flick having received a pass from Mesut Ozil.
Since joining the first team of Arsenal, Iwobi has been a revelation at the Emirates.
