Everton doctors says Onyekuru’s injury not as serious as first feared

To defuse the previously planted bomb of anxiety and fear that Henry Onyekuru will be out of action for the remainder of the season and consequently miss Russia 2018, Everton Doctors have said that the injury suffered by the Nigerian isn’t that major and won’t take that long to be treated.

The player was reportedly examined by the Merseyside doctors, and the MRI scan revealed that the injury will not be taken under the needles for surgery but will rather need minor treatment, and that the duration of the injury is but just 6 weeks as against the reported 6 months.

It’s a welcome news as Nigerians will love to see more from those talented legs of his, in the colours of the Super Eagles going to the World Cup.
