Costa Rica suffered a 4-1 loss to Belgium Red Devils in their final preparatory game ahead of the World Cup.

Tottenham’s defender Jan Vertonghen failed to clear his line properly and allowed Costa forward Ruiz pounced on it to make it 1-0 in the 24th minutes.

Napoli striker Dries Mertens leveled up in the 30th minutes after a nice footwork from Chelsea’s Eden Hazard.

The Belgian team took over the game totally in the second half with two goals from Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku in the 50th and 64th minutes before Michy Bashuayi completed the rout.

The North Americans who finished as a quarter finalist in the 2014 World Cup will open their campaign in Russia against Brazil.
