Akwa United new boy Katoh Haggai says he has settled in nicely at the Uyo based club.
Katoh Haggai made his home debut for the Promise Keepers in their 2-1 win over Heartland in mid-week, scoring the match winner as United came from behind to win the game.
The visibly happy Katoh told reporters after the game on Wednesday that he put in plenty of work and tried hard to overcome the pressure associated with debuts in front of home fans.
“I’ve been working with my coaches and I’ve been working hard to overcome the pressure, I think that’s why I did what I did today” he said
When asked about life at the Promise Keepers, the 20-year old midfielder replied, “I’ve settled in at Akwa United”.
Kotah Haggai joined Akwa United from GBS Academy Jos. After Wednesday’s performance against Heartland he will surely be looking forward to more match winning performances in the colours of Akwa United.
