Super Eagles striker Jude Odion Ighalo continued to hit headlines in the Chinese Super League with scintillating performance and achievement.
Former West Bromwich Albion has a remarkable outing in the month of April which sees him singlehandedly lifts Changchun Yatai out of the relegation water with six goals in two matches.
However, the lanky striker has been named player of the month for the month of April in the Chinese Super League.
Though the player was in action last weekend when Mikel’s ‘Tiajin Teda defeated his team but that did not affect his rating.
Ighalo has been named in the Nigeria’s Super Eagles 30-man provisional list by coach Gernot Rohr and he is expected to lead the team attack at the competition proper in Russia.
