Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi scored twice as Nigeria came back from two goals down to comfortably beat Argentina 4-2 in a friendly in Krasnodar on Tuesday.
Ever Banega and a Sergio Aguero tap in gave Argentian a 2-0 lead before Kelechi Iheanacho pulled one back before half-time for the Super Eagles.
Alex Iwobi equalised seven minutes after the restart from a pass by Iheanacho before Brian Idowu who came on as a substitue fired home a third on his debut.
Iwobi provided the pick of the goals when he nutmegged Barcelona’s Javier Mascherano before coolly slotting past Augustin Marchesin in goal for Argentina.
