Nigerian youngster, Wilfred Ndidi has been named in the list of best footballers of this past year compiled by British TV giant, Sky Sports.
The 21 year old was ranked 65th best footballer in the world, above teammate, Riyad Mahrez, Atletico Madrid’s Koke and Bayern Munich box-to-box merchant, Arturo Vidal and a score of other quality footballers.
Ndidi has enjoyed a very productive 2017 so far, from completing a £15M switch to Leicester City, to becoming a main stay in the squad and in the Super Eagles of Nigeria. He’s risen to be the top tackler in the EPL, averaging 4.3 tackles per game.
Despite the incessant changes of management that have rocked boat at the
KingPower Stadium, Ndidi has always been something like the toast of every manager.
