Following his stellar performance for Leicester City this season, Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi might be on his way to Anfield.
Ndidi’s consistent league performance has drawn worldwide applause with the way he slotted in to replace French International midfielder N’golo Kante who departed for Chelsea.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is preparing for the summer exit of German midfielder Emre Can who remains a target for Italian giants Juventus and has set his eyes on Ndidi as a capable replacement.
According to reports from Kop times in Anfield, the Reds will have to fork out a whopping £54 million to secure his services ahead of next season.
Ndidi does have the most number of tackles made per 90 minutes in the Premier League this season according to the report and he has also netted couple of goals for the Foxes.
The tough tackling midfielder has been a big part of the Super Eagles team which will play in this year’s FIFA World Cup.
