As Super Eagles of Nigeria is gearing up to face the rigour of the crunchy AFCON 2019 qualifiers, the Nigeria football federation is already working hard to bolster the team in terms of player options.

After securing Nigeria passport for the duo of Chelsea’s Ola Aina and Hannover’s Noah Bazee, the country’s football governing body has put their machines in motion again to secure passport for Nigeria born, Chelsea starlet Tammy Abraham.

Abraham who bagged 26 goals for Bristol City this season in the championship has Nigerian parents and has also been offered to represent Nigeria in the past but turned it down.

Due to his superlative performances, clubs in and out of England are lining up for his signature but it remains to be seen if new English champions Chelsea, who owns Abraham will decide to sell him or give him first team opportunity next season.
