Ujah also played the full 90 minutes of the encounter as both sides shared the spoils.

Out of favour Super Eagles striker Obafemi Martins was helpless as his team Shanghai Shenhua lost 0-3 at home to Guangzhou Evergrande.

The inform striker and his Shanghai teammates were outclassed by their more organized opponents in the encounter.

Obafemi is seeking a recall to the Nigerian national team ahead of the World Cup qualifier against Cameroon.

On Friday, Super Eagles defender Uche Agbo received a baptism of fire in the Belgian league as his team Standard Liege were demolished 0-4 by visiting  Zulte-Waregem.

Agbo, a former Granada of Spain utility man was deployed in midfield for Liege but he and his teammates couldn’t stop a rampant Zulte Waregem side from trouncing them.

In England, Leicester City had midfielder Wilfred Ndidi on for 90 minutes in their comfortable 2-0 win over Brighton.

Former Manchester City star Kelechi Iheanacho was out nursing an injury, while Ahmed Musa was not listed in the match day squad with strong indication of an eminent exit.

Isaac Success was again ignored completely from Watford’s team which won 2-0 away at Bournemouth.
Nigerian born Italian striker Stephan Okaka was an unused substitute in the match.

Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi’s Arsenal lost 0-1 at Stoke City, with Iwobi coming in as a second half substitute.

In Germany, defender Leon Balogun watched from the Mainz 05 bench as they lost 0-1 to visiting Hannover in the German Bundesliga.

It was same fate for young striker Victor Osimhen who was an unused substitute for Wolfsburg in their 0-3 loss to visiting Borussia Dortmund.

Kayode Olarenwaju made his debut for newly promoted Spanish La Liga side Girona as they surrendered a two nil lead to draw 2-2 at home to Atletico Madrid. Olarenwaju came on as a late substitute for Girona soon before Jose Gimenez equalised for Atletico.

Victor Moses will return from suspension tomorrow and hopefully will be in the starting line-up when Chelsea travel to Wembley stadium to face Tottenham Hotspur in a London derby.
