Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL champions, Plateau United and Abia Warriors are hot on each other’s heels to acquire the services of Osun united enterprising forward, Tosin Omoyele, naijafootballplus.com can exclusively report.
It was gathered that Abia Warriors are huge admirers of Omoyele’s potentials to single-handedly wreck any team, as shown in the league and Aiteo cup as the former COD United striker struck 15 times (without penalties) for Omoluabi giants in the just concluded Nigeria National League, NNL season.
Plateau United, through their scouts spotted Omoyele Tosin in the Aiteo cup quarter final clash against Sunshine stars FC of Akure and against Crown FC and Bayelsa United in the league.
Both teams are keen on signing him but Omoyele could be heading to the Pyramid city, as the NPFL champions will be campaigning in the CAF champions league next season.
El-Kanemi Warriors and MFM FC have also been linked with a move for Oyinbo (as he’s fondly called by his teeming fans) having seen him played a pivotal role for Osun United in the concluded NNL season.
Whether Omoyele would ply his trade with one of these NPFL clubs would be seen in the coming weeks.
