Like a taste of what to expect in the new season, Nigerian players were in incredible form in for their clubs in pre-season friendly matches on Saturday.

Former U-17 World Cup star Victor Osimhen scored two well taken goals for his German Bundesliga side VFL Wolfsburg as they romped to an 8-0 win over Veltins-Selection.
Osimhen came off the bench at the start of the second half, and scored a brilliant goal by beating three defenders before slotting home in the 58th minute to make scores 7-0. The exciting tall striker had the last word, when he headed in from close range at the in added time for the 8th and last goal.
Ohis Felix Uduokhai
Germany U-20 star Ohis Felix Uduokhai a German born player of Nigerian decent was subbed in 46th minute of the second half and had a decent showing in his Wolfsburg debut.
Peter Olayinka is making the most of his loan from Gent to another Belgium side Zulte-Waregem with an impressive hat-trick as Zulte-Waregem blew away Roeselare 7-1.
The former U-23 invitee scored in the 11th, 23rd and 51st minutes before getting subbed off in the 62nd minute.
Super Eagles left full back Kingsley Madu was on for 82 minutes as his Championship club Fulham played out an exciting 2-2 draw with Zlin Fc.
It was his team-mate and out of favour Super Eagles winger Sone Aluko who scored the first goal for Fulham in the 29th minute dribbling past the goalkeeper to slot into an empty net. Aluko was subbed off in the 68 minutes.
