Young talented chap, Lateef Omidiji Jr, says he is ready to serve Nigeria and feels delighted after being called up by Coach Danladi Nasidi to the U-15 youth team for preparation for the African tournament scheduled for July in Algeria.
The team camp is to resume on Monday. and Lateef Omidiji in an interview with Naijafootballplus.com expressed his feelings:
“It’s definitely a great feeling being called up to the squad, looking forward to Landing in Abuja and getting to work” Lateef Said
He further spoke on what ethos he will work with in camp with the team and his readiness to serve.
“Everything is In God’s hand, and what I can control is my work ethic, attitude, and mentality”.
“I am ready to serve my nation and work with the coaches, and teammates to bring success to our nation” Lateef added.
Nigeria is the competition’s defending
champion after clinching the title in
Gaborone Botswana four years ago and this year’s competition will be held in Algeria between July 17th to 27th 2018.
