Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President Amaju Melvin Pinnick, alongside Super Eagles Franco-German coach Genot Rohr on Friday visited Super Eagles and Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Carl Ikeme in his hospital in London.
Ikeme was diagnosed with acute leukemia last week. Amidst his ill-health, the goalkeeper has received numerous number of get-well messages from across the World including that of Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen.
NFF technical committee on Thursday through one of their member Mr Paul Bassey has talked about the intention of the Federation of send five-man delegation to visit and encourage Ikeme.
Wolverhampton Wanderers announced recently that the Super Eagles goalkeeper will remain listed as the club’s number one for the 2017/2018 season.
