Coach of English Premier league side Watford FC Marcos Silva has poured cold water on reports he will allow Super Eagles forward Isaac Success to leave in January.
The former Golden Eaglets striker returned to training this week after spending two months on the sidelines due to injury.
Silva strongly denied that he had had discussion with clubs about a possible transfer of the player.
“I haven’t spoke with anybody about the Isaac situation and I do not welcome this news,” said the Watford Boss at his press conference on Thursday.
“Now is the moment for him to work hard and to train to get in the starting XI.”
Success had not played for the Hornets in the Premier League this season and started just two games last year, after joining for £12.5m, a then club-record fee.
