Super Eagles B team will camp in Rabat, Morocco ahead of the 2018 African
Nations Championship (CHAN).
Interestingly, Morocco will host the fifth edition of the CHAN championship from January next year and the home-based Eagles will camp at least two weeks in the city of Rabat before the kickoff of the tournament.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and Morocco Football Federation in May signed a multi-faceted strategic agreement in general football development which the main Super Eagles benefited from before the dead rubber 2018 World Cup qualifying game against Algeria.
The three-time African champions camped in Rabat and used the Moroccans facilities to prepare for the Algerian game and the international friendly game against Argentina in Russia.
Nigeria U15 and Morocco U15 also played a two fixtures friendly matches in Rabat in August.
A Top official of the Federation has revealed that the Super Eagles B team will also benefit from the partnership, the team will camp in Rabat ahead of the championship.
Nigeria are paired in Group C alongside Libya, Rwanda and Equatorial Guinea with the group games holding in Tangier.
The home-based Eagles will begin preparation for 2018 CHAN with the NPFL
Super Six invitational tournament in Kano next month, before heading out to Morocco for the final phase of camping.
Nigeria camped in South Africa before the 2016 CHAN championship in Rwanda.
