Super Eagles on Saturday will depart Constantine for Krasnodar City in Russia for Tuesday’s international friendly against Argentina Naijafootballplus.com understands.
The Nigerian contingent consisting of players, coaches, backroom staff and members of the NFF Executive Committee will depart Algeria at 1pm aboard a 45-seater chartered flight.
“We will leave Algeria at 1pm via chartered flight, I heard the trip is about four hours to Russia,” Super Eagles media officer Toyin Ibitoye said to Naijafootballplus.com.
Meanwhile, FC Amkar Perm of Russia defender Brian Idowu will join the Super Eagles camp in Russia for the friendly game against Argentina.
The 25-year-old defender, born to a Nigerian father is poised to make his debut for Nigeria if Gernot Rohr considers him against Argentina.
“Idowu will join the camp in Russia for the friendly game,” Ibitoye revealed.
The three-time African champions have secured qualification to the 2018 FIFA World Cup and rounded up their qualification phase on Friday with a 1-1 draw against Algeria.
Nigeria will square up in a high profile international friendly against Argentina at the Krasnodar Arena Stadium in Russia.
