Nigeria and Chelsea youngster Tammy Abraham has finally agreed terms with English Premier league club Swansea City.
Swansea, fought off competitions from newly promoted side Newcastle United, Brighton and Hove Albion to capture the prolific striker.
Newcastle United were reported to be in the forefront in capturing the young lad but failed to sort out all the necessary requirements to the satisfaction of both parties.
The 21 year old striker will join former Chelsea assistant coach Paul Clement at the liberty stadium on a one-year loan deal.
Abraham netted 26 goals for the championship side Bristol city in all competitions last season to help them survive relegation.
