Tanzania U20 Women land in Nigeria ahead of World Cup qualifier


Tanzania’s U20 Women National team have arrived Nigeria ahead of Saturday’s Women’s World Cup qualifier clash with the Falconets in Benin.

The East Africans landed in Abuja via Ethiopia airways and are expected to jet into Benin via Arik airline on Friday.

Nigeria’s U20 Women’s team has been in Benin since on Tuesday, intensifying preparations for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifying game against Tanzania.

The second leg of the game between Nigeria and Tanzania will take place in Dar es Salaam on September 30 and the winner of the two-legged encounter will progress to face Morocco or Senegal in the second round billed for November.
