Victor Moses still remains an injury doubt for the Nigerian Super Eagles
despite starting for Chelsea on Saturday against stoke city in the EPL.
The Nigerian international sustained a knock against Manchester United in
the FA cup quarter final match at Stamford Bridge which Chelsea won 1-0.
Moses was subbed off with over 10 minutes left to play with a suspected
But a return to the Chelsea starting line on Saturday seemed to clear any injury concerns until a subdued performance and an early substitution in the 2-1 win over Stoke highlighted a lingering injury concern.
“Chelsea have confirmed Victor Moses’ injury but he has not fully pulled
out of the Super Eagles squad yet, ” an NFF official revealed.
Moses 26, made his 50th appearance for Chelsea on Saturday against stoke,
and has become indispensable for the blues who occupy the top of the EPL
table 10points clear of Tottenham in 2nd place.
