Nigeria Super Falcons continued their good run in the ongoing maiden edition of WAFU women cup in Ivory coast with a 3-0 spanking of their counterpart from Senegal.
The Nigeria team who had earlier defeated Mali 1-0 in their opening game, opened scoring on the 19 minutes through Falconets forward Rashhedat Ajibade.
Ajibade added her second goal right on the half hour mark before she completed her hat trick four minutes later and gave Nigeria maximum 3 points.
The results means Nigeria senior female team has recorded two victories in two games with 4 goals scored and conceded none.
Meanwhile, hat-trick hero, Rasheedat Ajibade was adjudged Man of the match after the game.
The diminutive player has been in fantastic form for Nigeria Women age-grade teams for quite a while and her performance now might warrant new Super Falcons gaffer Thomas Dennerby to give her a look in for the Falcons A team.
Nigeria will next play Togo on Monday.
