Wasiu Jimoh urges 3SC teammates to fight till the end

Shooting Stars forward, Wasiu Jimoh has urged his teammates to remain focused and play with high intensity in all their league remaining matches.

3SC will square up against Plateau United at the Rwang Pam stadium in Jos on Sunday in the Nigeria Professional Football League.
A brilliant display last weekend against Enyimba saw the Oluyole Warriors secure a 1-0 win over the People’s Elephant.
The Ibadan based side exuded togetherness against Gbenga Ogunbote’s wards, for Jimoh, it will be even more important to replicate that form if his side are to record back-to-back wins in the top flight for the first time this season‎.
“Playing with a lot of Intensity and determination is very important‎ at this time of the season”, Jimoh told naijafootballplus.com ahead of their clash against Plateau United.
“Not just against Plateau United but in all our remaining games. It’s very very important. It comes with the focus of the team. When everybody including the management is focused, it become easier for everyone and positive results will start coming in. We should fight like a family, like brothers and we will become invincible.
“It’s a big win against Enyimba in our last game. I would say if we had won the games befor‎e Enyimba (Remo Stars) they would also have been big wins too. Every win is huge and important because we need maximum points to finish well on the log.
“I actually enjoyed the victory more than the battle because I was fighting for the victory and not for individual honour. Thank God we are a little bit above relegation but fight must continue till the end of the season.

Jimoh Wasiu is enjoying life at 3SC‎ since his return from FC Ifeanyi Ubah and he has formed a good understanding with offensive players at the club like Abu Azeez, Ajani Ibrahim and Abayomi Adebayo.
“All of them are very nice to play with. They have perfect understanding which is very good for the team. They try to make things easy for me. I’ve also learnt a lot from them. We all try to make things easy for each other and that’s why we have been getting positive results in our last couple of games.
“I’m really happy to be playing with them and I will continue to work hard to be always there to help the team. The key for me is to help the team to win more matches ‎and to maintain our NPFL status”, he concluded.
