Zesco United delegation consisting of players, technical crew and team officials have arrived in Enugu ahead of this weekends CAF Confederation Cup Round of 32 encounter against NPFL champions Rangers International.
The full contingent of the Zambian Premier League side landed in Enugu on Thursday via Ethiopia airlines two days after an advanced party of the team arrived Enugu to perfect logistics for the players and the technical crew.
Zesco United Administrative Officer, Frank Chitambala has confirmed to Naijafootballplus.com the arrival of the team’s full contingent.
“The advanced party have been working for days to perfect logistics for the players and coaches. The full contingent arrived Enugu at 11.50am on Ethiopian and we are happy to have a full house for the game,” Chitambala said to Naijafootballplus.com.
Zesco United Serbian coach, Zlatko Krmpotic has selected 19 players for the encounter on Sunday.
“The technical crew have selected 19 players for this big game and we are hopeful of a positive result,” added Chitambala.
The game will be played on Sunday at the Nnandi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu at 4pm Nigerian time (15 hours Zambian Time).
Goalkeepers: Jacob Banda, Lameck Nyangu.
Defenders: Ben Adama Banh, David Owino Odhiambo, Daut Musekwa, Bernard Mapili, Marcel Kalonde, Fackson Kapumbu, Bornwell Silengo.
Midfielders: Anthony Akumu Agay, Mwape Mwelwa, John Chingandu, Kondwani Mtonga, Bwalya Chiti.
Strikers: Jesse Jackson Were, Lazarous Kambole, Dave Daka, Maybin Kalebgo, Patrick Kangolo.
